I DO NOT SEE ANY RELEASES?

Once the carrier has released the containers, they are visible on the Releases Overview Page.
If you do not see any releases it probably means that the carrier has not released any containers to your organization, or that the releases have expired.

Please check with the carrier:
- if containers have been released and if releases are still valid
- to which organization the containers have been released.

I CANNOT FIND A SPECIFIC RELEASE?

I CANNOT FIND A BILL OF LADING?

You can find a bill of lading through searching or filtering in the Releases Overview Page.
- Search:
Clicking the search button will allow you to manually type a bill of lading number. You can either type the complete bill of lading number (including special characters, if any) or part thereof.

- Filter:
Clicking the filter button will allow you to select a bill of lading number from a list.
If you cannot find the bill of lading on the Releases Overview Page it probably means that the carrier has not released this bill of lading to your organization, or that the release has expired.

Please check with the carrier :
- if the bill of lading has been released and if the release is still valid
- to which organization the bill of lading has been released

I CANNOT FIND A CONTAINER?

You can find a container through searching or filtering in the Releases Overview Page.
Search:
Clicking the search button will allow you to manually type a container number. You can either type the complete container number or part thereof.
Filter:
Clicking the filter button will allow you to select a container number from a list.
If you cannot find the container on the Releases Overview Page it probably means that the carrier has not released this container to your organization, or that the release has expired.

Please check with the carrier :
- if the container has been released and if the release is still valid
- to which organization the container has been released

THERE IS A CONTAINER MISSING ON A BILL OF LADING?

If you can find the bill of lading on the Releases Overview Page, but 1 or more containers for this bill of lading are not shown, it probably means that the carrier has not released this container to your organization, or that the release has expired.

Please check with the carrier:
- if containers have been released and if releases are still valid
- to which organization the containers have been released.

I HAD A RELEASE BUT IT HAS DISAPPEARED?

If you were able to find a release earlier, but it is no longer on the Releases Overview Page, it probably means that the release has expired.

You can check this by searching the container. (Nog toe te voegen : hoe werkt search)

MY RELEASE IS IN STATUS BLOCKED?

There are 2 blocked statuses:

- Blocked for scanning: this indicates that the container was selected for scanning by customs. You can/cannot pickup the container until the container has been scanned by customs and returned to the terminal. The status will be updated automatically and you will receive a notification of this (by email).

- Blocked : this indicates that the container was blocked by the carrier. You will not be able to pickup the container at the terminal. Please check with the carrier for more information.

WHAT DOES CONTAINER STATUS REVOKED MEAN?

A container status revoked means that the carrier has initially released the container to your organization, but that the release has been cancelled.

Please check with the carrier for more information about the cancellation.

I WANT TO RETRIEVE MY PIN CODES?

On the Releases Overview Page you can retrieve the pin codes on bill of lading level.

- Option 1 : the button
Clicking the ‘pincode’ button on bill of lading level will show the list of containers, including the pin code.

- Option 2 : download release data
Clicking one of the two download buttons (pdf or excel), will show all release data per bill of lading on container level, including pin codes.

Clicking this button will download the release data in pdf-format. Details, including pin codes, are shown on container level and grouped per bill of lading.

- EXCEL

Clicking this button will download the release data in excel-format. Details, including pin codes, are shown on container level and grouped per bill of lading.
